City Lofts
 The City Lofts development is
made up of a 19 storey tower (far left in the photograph above) and a 9
storey block tucked in between the
tower and the NV Buildings. Designed by Conran & Partners,
the development was completed in 2007.
 The buildings feature
full-height glazing, almond Prodema panelling, aluminium spandrels and
white render. (note: Prodema panelling is a composite faced
with a natural wood veneer with a special coating which protects the
panel from the effects of sunlight, graffiti and other atmospheric
agents.
  The sculpture "Adagio" by
Charles Hadcock, (see above), sits outside of the entrance to City
Lofts.
