The Western Half of the Park - Upper Park Road - Whilst having Victoria Park as an address was prestiegious enough, I get the distinct impression that an address in the western half of the park was several notches higher.  I have photographs of some of the buildings which you can see if you click on the appropriate number links on the right of the map below.
